Yes, it's finally here. The coveted "Meep" icon. Dedicated to all my fellow -meep-ers out there. Or maybe I'm the only meeper in DA. Anywho! This is for DA's emote contest!

Meeping is supposed to represent a hyper, yet cute expression. It usually takes the place where you have nothing to say and you want to pass the awkward moment quickly. It is also used to express various types of feelings, like surprise, happiness etc. Usually of a positive influence, this emote is sure to bring joy to #Trivia!

-Submission to #Trivia Emote Contest-
This emote expresses happiness and surprise! Best used when somebody has answered the trivia question before you, or has "stolen" and you don't want to show them the :| for it may show malice. It can also be used as an accompanyment to :hug: and :glomp: when someone has entered trivia! A must-have!

Its like this little blue bobbing circle that went through defibrillation to produce a nice Meep!. =D

Excellent job, I lurve teh cuteness. Really good job on the animation. My only problem with it is that it loops too quickly. Slowing it down or adding in more frames would really make this emoticon.
